Africa Trainings

Culture trainings can be used as preparative, as collateral and as postprocessive courses. Participants are trained to increase their knowledge and their behaviour regarding the specific culture. They are trained to develop their capacity to act and to adjust emotionally to the challenges of the intercultural experience.

Intercultural competencies in Southern and Northern Africa

The African continent offers a variety of cultural facets. Culture-specific understanding and capacities to act build the base for successful business communication. Culture-specific concepts need to be well known and understood to interact constructively across cultures, make appropriate decisions and define common goals. These will lead to successful business transactions.
