We offer
- The assessment of intercultural competences by using the assessment tool Intercultural Profiler (TIP)
- Personal coaching sessions to improve intercultural competences
The TIP is a questionnaire and a feedback-tool which has been developed by World Work Ltd. This tool supports the development of abilities to act effectively in international and intercultural work contexts. Challenging areas can be identified and development potentials of individuals can be defined. Individual capabilities to act successfully across cultures can be developed. Individual coaching provides an opportunity to increase particular areas of intercultural competence to communicate and act effectively and successfully across cultures.
