Dr Christian Martin Boness

holds a Master's in theology and a Doctorate in Intercultural Education (disc pol). He works as a teacher and lecturer in Higher Education institutions in different countries. In parallel, he is a consultant and mediator in business organizations. His consultancy in educational and development cooperation institutions benefits from his long-time international work experiences. He lived and worked in Tanzania and Scandinavia for many years and is the Founder of an international NGO. He is specialised in negotiation tactics, mediation and conflict management across cultures with special regard to business organisations and institutions of Higher Education. His main area of research focuses on the development of educational models for intercultural school curricula, value constellation conflicts in intercultural encounters and their management.

Prof Dr Dr Claude-Hélène Mayer

works at the IIPK as systemic consultant and systemic (family) therapist (SG), mediator and trainer for mediation (BM). She is also trained in (family) constellation work and a trained hypnotherapist (TMI).

She is specialised in conflict management, mediation and systemic consultancy across cultures. As intercultural trainer and consultant, she operates in international business organizations as well as social and educational institutions in Europe and Southern Africa. She is the author of several books and visual training media. She lectures at Universities in Europe and Southern Africa. Her research focus is on cross-cultural conflict management, identity, value and health in international organizations. Her region-specific expertise relates mostly to Southern Africa, where she has worked and lived for several years. She is Professor of Intercultural Business Communication in Hamburg.
