Systemic constellations

Systemic constellations introduce new insights in fundamental dynamics of private and/or occupational challenges in systemic contexts. They create options of actions by accessing new perceptions and perspectives. The phenomenon of the “morphic field” (Rupert Sheldrake) and collective experiences activate pools of knowledge which are used to gain systemic information on psycho-social levels. These new information lead to new solutions which are positive for the system.

Management constellations

Management constellations have become a qualified instrument in management consultancy. They support the development of solutions within the occupational context. Issues in management constellations often refer to:

  • Organisational development and change management,
  • Managing conflicts,

  • Focusing on tasks and aims,
