Research projects

There are several research projects that are conducted in comparison with Universities and international business and governmental organisation. Currently, the following research projects are investigated:

Cross-cultural conflicts, identity and health in South African managers (2008-2012)
Intercultural mediation in organizational contexts in Tanzania (2009) in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Culture in Dar-Es-Salaam, Tanzania
Mediation as a new tool in managing conflicts successfully in Tanzania (2010-2012) in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Culture in Dar-Es-Salaam and the Ministry of Labour, Commission for Mediation and Arbitration (CMA), Tanzania
Sense of coherence, values, organisational commitment and job satisfaction in a selected organisation in the Eastern Cape, South Africa, (2009-2010) in cooperation with Rhodes University, South Africa
